How is your support?

We reply to ALL REQUESTS. If you didn't get an answer from us please check your SPAM/JUNK folders and SPAM filters. If still no answer, please use another email address to contact us, your email provider might be blocking our reply.

Can I download the videos?

Yes. On every case page you have a link that will allow you to easely download all files from that case.

Are the photo cases available in zip files?

Yes. All photo cases can be downloaded in a single zip file.

How can I view the downloaded mp4 files (.mp4)?

You just need to install a desktop media player that plays mp4 video files, there are many available for free. We recommend VLC (videolan.org)

Where can I cancel my subscription?

If you have a non-recurring subscription there is no need to cancel, the subscription will expire at the end of the paid period. If you have a recurring subscription visit our billing processor website, login into your account and click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

How often do you make updates?

We add new updates at least 3 times a week, but sometimes it can be more.
