To view all available content onsite (video streaming and photo slideshows), you need to have a subscription. You can buy one by clicking the top-right link "My Account" and choosing "Buy" from the menu.

Why can't I download a video or a photoset?

To download any content available on the website, you need to have credits. You can buy credits by clicking the top-right link "My Account" and choosing the buy option from the menu.

How often do you make updates?

Updates every day.

Where can I cancel my subscription?

If you have a non-recurring subscription, there is no need to cancel, the subscription will expire at the end of the paid period. If you have a recurring subscription, click "My Account", then "My Subscription", and click the "Cancel Rebill" link.

Credits are valid for how long?

All credits paid or offered are valid for 1 year.

Can I exchange credits for days?

Yes. Go to "My Account" and open "Credits to Days" to exchange credits for subscription days.
