My mother died and me and my niece were the only heirs, my brother died a few years ago. My niece got a small farm in the middle of the forest, and she didn´t even know how to go there. She needed money to buy a new car and she put the farm to sell, but because it´s far and isolated no one seemed to be interested. I´ve told her I would buy the farm from her so I took her there so she would know what she was selling and tell her about my conditions to buy it from her.
