My dad left us his business, my sister and I have 50/50 but she never cared much about it. I basically always did the heavy lifting. But that changed and she actually showed me were she could be of use, with her expertise. Getting deals and getting lower supplier's prices it been harder and harder everyday, so we started to have so private meetings with some big clients and suppliers and she started to do her heavy lifting herself. And it worked and most of the times I like to join in.
