They guy says he comes from a family with a "fucked up" karma that has it's origin with his grand-father and his "special" relation with his 3 daughters. His mother is the oldest of the three and because of her sexual relation with her father and her sisters brought him up in the same way. Now that his grand-father is old and sick his mother looks for him to satisfy her needs and wants him to treat her the same way her father did. He's also suspecting his grand-father is also his father but he's not sure.
