That seem to be enough when I'm alone at home with my mother. The lock down made it that easy. My mother and I can work from home but my step-father has to leave the house, so we are alone most of the day. When I do a work break, that's all it takes. Mom loves it too, I know she does. Some times when I have to mush work to do she comes to my room and asks: "Don't you need a break today, son?"
